The roles

Six office roles open to applications

01 Construction estimator Bids, quantities, follow-ups. Bluebeam, Excel, drawings. 02 Drafter AutoCAD, Revit, Solid Edge, Inventor, Tekla. Drawings, not the stamp. 03 BIM / shop drawings Models, shop details, coordination. 04 Project coordinator (office) Files, follow-up, site paperwork. Office, not the field. 05 Admin / CSR Reception, dispatch, customer service for an office. 06 Architect / building mechanical (HVAC) Building and HVAC packages. No OIQ stamp.

How it works

Four steps, from CV to contract

1. Your CV: You send your CV with the target role and your software.
2. The test: We test the work, not the title, on a file like the clients' files.
3. The office: If it holds, we set you up in an office in Québec: their sheets, Montréal time.
4. The contract: You get a contract and the client approves the deliverable. No site labour, no OIQ stamp.
